At METU, the Hungarian Innovation Hub community space has been created, linked to the cross university startup management course. Students who take up this course will learn

entrepreneurship basics, business model creation, marketing, sales and pitch presentation techniques. Throughout the course, they will be supported by mentors in putting together their business plan. The finished start-up plans will be presented to a professional jury, with the best project winning a cash prize.

1. 600 EUR/person without accomodation and breakfast
2. 1300 EUR/person in single room, 1100 EUR/person in double room
3. accomodation with breakfast from 3rd August – 16th August 2025 – 13 nights

PROGRAMME INCLUDES

1. Courses, 4 days a week, 5 hours a day (5 x 45 min) - 9:30 - 12:30 classes; lunch; 14:00 – 16:00 classes
2. lunch on the weekdays
3. 2 days sightseeing tour (on wednesdays)
4. 2 week pass for all public transportations)
5. (Transportations, flight tickets, health care insurance, and meals at the weekend are not included.)

ACCOMMODATION

METU Summer School students will be housed in our CEU Dormitory.

INSURANCE

International students must have insurance, medical and accident insurance at least, when

studying in Hungary according to the policy of Hungary’s Ministry of Education. An insurance

covering the student‘s complete stay in Hungary must be provided upon registration.

VISA

Accepted students can apply for an appropriate visa, short term visa (category C) are acceptable

via the Hungarian embassy or consulate by providing the appropriate application from and an

official invitation letter, which will be offered by METU after acceptance.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Open to Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate university students currently enrolled. Participants are required to be adults aged at or above 18.
