SHORT DESCRIPTION


The development and transformation processes of businesses require complex skills. As a student in this program, you will not only gain theoretical and methodological knowledge of innovation but also expand your business expertise with project management, analytical, and evaluation methods, as well as business communication and negotiation techniques.

We help you understand the interconnections and interactions of corporate management, preparing you to take on mid- or senior-level leadership roles in various areas of the domestic or international economy.

A business consists of many components. In the master’s program, we prepare students to possess advanced theoretical and methodological knowledge in business development (innovation) so that they are capable of analyzing business activities and solving complex development tasks.

Through case studies and practical examples, we help students understand and grasp the interconnections, as well as learn to think in complex systems.


Programme structure

The focus of the master's program is on the creation of start-up enterprises, the management and innovative development of enterprises. Students acquire the methods by which they propose solutions for the analysis and innovative development of the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the end of the program, we can get answers to what makes a good start-up, what makes a company "creative".
