SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Animation Master programme provides an inspiring and stimulating environment for students to advance their skills in animation art. Designed to prepare participants for more complex, genre-specific challenges, the programme places a strong emphasis on developing directorial and creative perspectives. Students gain in-depth knowledge of animation design and production processes, including concept development, client collaboration, team coordination, scheduling, and project execution.

Throughout the programme, students explore contemporary trends in animation, engaging in both auteur and applied projects to prepare for the diverse demands of the creative industry. They work on individual creative projects while also gaining experience in team-based production - a core requirement in the field of animation.

The curriculum covers creative concept development, visual style exercises, animation dramaturgy, and complex film language elements. Students immerse themselves in both 2D and 3D animation techniques while focusing on building their unique artistic voice and professional identity.

In the first year, students refine their skills through design tasks supported by courses in dramaturgy, software training, and visual and sound design.

The second year focuses on developing their diploma project, where they refine their animation techniques, dramaturgy, visual design, and tailored sound design.

Graduates of the programme are well-prepared to work as independent creators, art directors, or key team members in animation, graphic design, advertising studios, and creative teams. They are equipped to lead complex professional projects and confidently meet the challenges of the animation industry.
