METU Welcomes Delegation from Baku Business University

On May 26, the International Coordination Office of Budapest Metropolitan University (METU) and Dr Viktor Friedmann, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Communication and Tourism, welcomed a delegation from Baku Business University to METU’s main campus.

The meeting focused on current developments in higher education in Hungary and Azerbaijan, with particular emphasis on modern educational methods. Participants exchanged experiences and discussed contemporary approaches to organising the educational process, international cooperation, and academic mobility.

This visit marked another milestone in the growing relationship between the two institutions. Earlier in the academic year, METU had already hosted a delegation of educators from Baku Business University.

We believe that initiatives like this provide a strong foundation for further cooperation and contribute to strengthening academic and professional ties between the universities. We also hope that students from both institutions will soon have opportunities to participate in joint events, competitions, and international conferences.
