Guidelines on entering Hungary

You can still enter Hungary for study purpose with a valid residence permit or Visa. 

You may need to self-quarantine at your chosen residence for 10 days if you are facing any symptoms. The quarantine might be shortened if you do 2 negative COVID-19 PCR tests after entering the country.
