Alumni Wine Evening

Venue: METU, Nagy Lajos király útja Campus (1148 Budapest, Nagy Lajos király útja 1–9)

Budapest Metropolitan University hosts its autumn Alumni Wine Evening to strengthen ties with graduates and support the METU alumni community’s professional and personal networking. The guided tasting is led by Zoltán Heimann Jr. (winemaker), featuring 5–6 selected Hungarian wines with short introductions and matching bites. The evening concludes with informal conversations and networking.

Programme

1. 18:15–19:00 Arrival and registration (name badges, bilingual programme and wine list)
2. 19:00–19:15 Official opening (HU/EN)
3. 19:15–21:00 Guided wine tasting – 5–6 wines with food pairings
4. 21:00–00:00 Informal networking, additional tasting

Tickets

1. Alumni Ticket: 5,000 HUF – tasting of 5–6 wines, snacks, full programme access
2. Supporter Ticket: 10,000 HUF – tasting of 5–6 wines, snacks, full programme access

and supports the future alumni community and University programmes

Bilingual event (HU/EN). The campus is easily accessible; free street parking is available in limited numbers, so public transport is recommended. The venue is fully accessible; assistance is available upon prior request. Photos and videos may be taken and used on the University’s channels. Admission 18+. Dress code: smart casual.
